I’m truly excited that we are getting some wonderful, honest reviews, from random folks. How cool is that!

This morning’s Amazon Ranking is still amazon

In the US:
Amazon Best Sellers Rank: #9,925 Paid in Kindle Store (See Top 100 Paid in Kindle Store)
#16 in Kindle Store > Kindle eBooks > Romance > Gothic
#19 in Books > Literature & Fiction > Genre Fiction > Gothic
#32 in Books > Romance > Gothic

How did we do it?

    • First and foremost? Wrote the best book we could.
    • Merged our fan bases
    • Put the book on sale for a limited time
    • Found keywords that target the right audience
    • Bought some targeted Facebook Ads
    • Scoured the internet for free book promotion sites
    • Bought as many low cost ($25 or less) that we could find

Thank you SO much for being a fan and stopping by. I sure hope you will join my newsletter.
I promise to send no more than one update a month!

We are busy busy busy writing book 2, so hang tight and watch for it.

Much Love,
Stella

What is a Facebook Release Party?

Funny you should ask!

Chantel and I are having a release party and I would like to invite you, personally. Please click that you are coming!

https://www.facebook.com/events/1093679247343288/

Now that you’ve done that, let’s talk about a Facebook Event.

It’s merely a way to tell your friends and family that there is something important going on. It’s easy to do. Just make a start date and an end date.

How does that differ from a Facebook Party?

At a party, people come to visit, right?

However, unlike a REAL party, it isn’t rude to jump in, say a few words, or enter a contest, and leave.

So, at a Facebook Party, people come to visit the URL of the event. They might play a game, click like, enter a raffle, or post something on the timeline.

Our release party is going to be ‘hosted’ by different authors over the course of one day. This is a lot of fun. There are games and prizes and clever folks. Sometimes its fun just to watch the melee.

We have hired ‘help’ with our party. (In the real world, consider this like hiring a caterer.)

I highly recommend this site below. She helps get us hosts, and sets up the event for us.

If you have any questions, leave a comment!

I LOVE to hear from people!

Please let us know, too, if you’d like an ARC to give a review!

(ARC? Advance Review Copy)

Chantel and I are hoping to sell 200 ebooks in pre-sale.

If you want to help us get there, it’s just ONE DOLLAR!

WHAT IS A FACEBOOK PARTY?

A Facebook Party can be many things. Foremost, it is an Facebook EVENT.

DVCoverReveal

This is ours!
https://www.facebook.com/events/996229597079177/

An author can host their own Facebook event, or, as Chantel and I have today, ask an outside service to do it for them.

Like A Boss, promotions, is doing our Event today.

What is a party without people? Invite your fans and friends.

A new writer, just starting to promote, might ask?

What if I don’t have many virtual friends?

No worries! At this point, you will have to rely on a promoter to do it for you.

Now you have a Facebook party, and invited friends.

BTW? Unlike a real party, it isn’t rude to show up, leave a comment, and go!

From here, parties can diverge dramatically.

You can have someone ‘HOST’ your party, or like us today, direct your party to other sites, (blog sites), who have something WONDERFUL to offer.

We have PRIZES!

Here is a list of our bloggers. Today we have no hosts.

A Few of my Favorite Things

Favorite Things….

Mani-s and pedi-s and looking like forty,
Oil of Olay and a car that’s quite sporty.
Got my guitar with a set of new strings,
These are a few of my favorite things.

Cold shoulder sweaters with hot handsome hubby,
Dancing till midnight, a bottle of bubbly,
Wild riffs that fly and a guy that can sing,
These are a few of my favorite things.

Boys in tight t-shirts with jeans that are holey,
Bars that are hoppin’, and shots of Patron-ey, (oh well)
Wild times of winter that promise of spring
These are a few of my favorite things

When the trolls bite,
And my screen pings,
When I’m feeling sad…
I simply remember my favorite things,
and then I don’t feeeel ssoooooo bad.

thank you very much…… hee hee

Sneak Peak “How to Train Your Knight”

Marcus was up and comfortably saddled before dawn the next day. When his wife appeared from out of the bathhouse, the sun had not yet appeared, but a soft yellow light had spread across the sky.

“Not a word from you.” He eyed Charles with suspicion. The stable lad responded with a wide-eyed nod, just as she ran across the green and into the church.

“I’ll be right back. Keep Midnight in readiness.” He dismounted and gave his disappointed horse a pat on the rump. Entering the stone abbey by the back door, he was surprised to land in the monk’s quarters. The sparse room held a table, a clay lamp, two pallets, a hearth, and some furs. James, kneeling quietly in prayer, stood slowly, frowned, and regarded him with a furrowed brow.

“I’m sorry to disturb you, but I’d like to join the mass unseen.” Marcus held palms open and up.

“What’re you up to, Blackwell? I’m not sure we’re on the same side. Lady Ann has been like a daughter to me and the manner of your wedding pleased me not.”

“Truly?” He raised his eyebrows. “I’ve yet to even enter relations with her. I’m the one who should be affronted. She’s the one who’s dressed as a lad, running about like a wild hellcat. I’m merely watching out for her safety. How does the church allow it?”

James regarded him for a moment more and gave a quick nod. He led him down a narrow stone hallway to a pew set up behind the altar and out of view of the congregation. “Blessings upon you, my son. And good luck.”
