Happy Stelladays!

“I wasn’t worried… not exactly. It’s a matter of fairness.”

“Hmm?”

“Well, after having a baby, you’re more handsome than ever and I got heavy.”

“Sam. You are f’n’ perfect. A few pounds one way or ’nother won’t make a difference how I feel. We clear?”

A corrupt judge, a missing teen, and a high-end hooker walk into a bar…

There’s a punch line in there somewhere, but hell if I can find it.

This time, trouble arrives via our office door. In my defense, I simply agreed to find a woman’s missing teenager. When shots are fired, what was I to do? Let the femme fatale fend for herself?

Wanting me to guard her body, she writes Suds and Sam a check with so many zeros, my head spins. For that amount of dough, I can ignore her advances. If not, I’ll explain how my Brooklyn babe is a mobster’s niece, a police chief’s kid, and has a license to carry.

It was Sam’s idea to search the judge’s safe. Because of her, we found the plastic drive containing ten million in bitcoin. After that, things get dicey.

Dead bodies, safe houses, cats, hitmen, and general mayhem. For me, it’s just another day in the life of a being married to a danger magnet.

Now, if y’all have never read a Suds and Sam mystery, don’t worry. Jump right on in. Whether you’re a new fan or old, laughs are guaranteed.

I should warn you, though. I’m a red-blooded male, madly in love with my wife, so there will be steamy scenes with a very happy ending.

A Bad Boy Romance…

Hell is not fire and brimstone. It’s not the devil. Hell is playing one NFL game, getting a taste of fame, and losing it all in an instant.

Chris Vance
Going pro meant millions of dollars, a beautiful home and a gorgeous wife. A drunk driver changes everything. Now, I’m a broke grad-assistant with serious anger issues. If it wasn’t for Coach offering me a job, God knows where I’d be. Then, a stunning graduate student walks into my favorite dive and dead parts of me come to life. A do-gooder, she stages a protest about caged kids and ends up sold to smugglers south of the border. I arrive just in time to save her and maybe, save myself.

She thinks I’m some kind of hero and I want to be that man.

Danni Hughes
I only allow myself one pity party a year. This time, I meet a dark, brooding stranger in a lowlife bar. Pretending I’m no goody-two-shoes, I take what he offers. After, he’s a real jerk and I’d be done with him except for his constant texts. I think there’s more to him than the bitter shell he shows the world.

When he saves my life, I’m sure of it

    • Put the book on sale for a limited time
    • Found keywords that target the right audience
    • Bought some targeted Facebook Ads
    • Scoured the internet for free book promotion sites
    • Bought as many low cost ($25 or less) that we could find

Thank you SO much for being a fan and stopping by. I sure hope you will join my newsletter.
I promise to send no more than one update a month!

We are busy busy busy writing book 2, so hang tight and watch for it.
